The standard production time is approx. 7-10 working days (depending on the current workload) from the confirmation of the order or approval of print data. For new clients, payment for the first two orders takes place in the form of advance payment on the basis of an invoice issued by HOTHESS s.r.o., after which we invoice with a 14-day maturity. The order can only be placed into production after payment of the invoice. The production date is calculated from the date of payment of the invoice.
