Send us an inquiry by email or phone. Tell us what you need — product type, quantity and any design ideas you already have.

Send us your assets
Provide your logo in vector format (PDF, AI, EPS or CDR), specify your brand colours (PANTONE or CMYK) and share any visual references.

Design approval
We prepare a visual mockup for your review. You can request adjustments — we go into production only after your written approval.

Production
Once approved, we move into full production. Lead times vary by order complexity — we'll confirm your timeline at order confirmation.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities vary by product type. For sublimation clothing the minimum is 10 pieces. For custom-sewn t-shirts and hoodies it's 20–30 pieces depending on the complexity of the cut. For tents and large-format items there is no minimum. Contact us and we'll confirm based on your specific request.
What file formats do you accept for logos?
We work with vector files only: PDF, AI, EPS or CDR. Raster formats (JPG, PNG) are not suitable for production as they lose quality when scaled. If you only have a raster logo, contact us — we can discuss options.
How long does production take?
Lead times vary by product. Sublimation clothing and embroidery is typically ready within 10 working days from design approval. Custom-sewn garments, tents and knitted products take around 4 weeks. We always confirm the exact timeline at order confirmation. Rush orders may be possible — ask us directly.
Can I order a sample before the full run?
Yes, sample orders are possible for most products. Sample lead times and costs vary — get in touch and we'll walk you through the options for your specific product.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship across Europe. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided with your quote. For larger freight orders we work with dedicated logistics partners.
Can you match exact Pantone colours?
We do our best to match PANTONE and CMYK values as closely as possible in sublimation printing. Please note that exact colour reproduction can vary slightly depending on the fabric. We always send a mockup for approval before production.
What happens if I don't proceed with production after the design?
Graphic work (textile designs, leaflets, promo products and similar) is charged if the order is not placed. The cost depends on the scope and complexity of the work. This is confirmed at the start of each project.
